Quality Control Technician (Zamudio)

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a Quality Control Technician to join our team in Zamudio on a permanent contract, reporting to the Area Manager.

Mission

Carry out the assigned tasks in accordance with the objectives set by the Area Manager (SCC).

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize / review / perform analyses using physicochemical and instrumental methods
  • Organize and manage your tasks as part of the laboratory's operations
  • Comply with good laboratory practices, safety and hygiene standards, and environmental regulations
  • Organize / review / perform calibrations of in-house calibration equipment
  • Preparation of documentation (protocols, reports, procedures) and administrative and management tasks for the department
  • Proceed with the documentation and handling of out-of-specifications and deviations
  • Record the results obtained in accordance with applicable regulations
  • Any other duties assigned to you by your chain of command and/or functional supervisor in accordance with your current professional category.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Biosciences and/or Health Sciences or a related field
  • Formal training in Pharmaceutical Quality Systems or a similar field
  • At least 3 years of experience in the Section's area of expertise
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing quality control projects
  • Fluent spoken and written English (C1)
  • Computer Science at the User Level
