ABOUT THE JOB BOARD
We want to create a talent pool of Pharmaceutical Production Assistants and Analysts to identify professionals interested in joining our manufacturing teams in Zamudio should the need arise in the future.
We are looking for candidates with varying levels of education, specialization, and experience—ranging from entry-level positions to analysts with extensive experience—to work in one of our production areas:
ORGANIC PRODUCTION
Depending on your education, experience, and professional level, you will be able to participate in different stages of the production process:
- Preparation of materials and thinners.
- Dosing and filtration of bulk materials.
- Manufacturing of customized products.
- Bulk production.
- Labeling, tagging, and visual inspection.
- Packaging and packing.
- Completion of documentation and records related to manufacturing processes.
PRODUCTION OF ACTIVE INGREDIENTS
You will be involved in the manufacture and processing of active ingredients and extracts, working with specialized production equipment and applying aseptic handling techniques to materials that come into direct or indirect contact with the product.
The job also involves monitoring the condition of equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working order and reporting any issues or areas for improvement identified during production.
MICROBIOLOGY / PRODUCTION OF BACTERIAL VACCINES
For candidates with specific training or experience in microbiology, we are looking for professionals who can participate in activities such as:
- Production of bacterial vaccines.
- Manufacture of bacterial concentrates and single-component products.
- Isolation, re-cultivation, and identification of strains.
- Maintenance of grapevine rows.
- Preparation and inspection of materials and equipment.
- Inspection, cleaning, and sterilization of materials.
- Inventory and Expiration Date Management.
- Monitoring and recording of environmental conditions in production areas.
- Completion of technical documentation in accordance with established procedures.
WHAT KIND OF CANDIDATES ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The scholarship program is open to individuals with varying levels of qualifications and experience, so we will consider applications from:
- Professional Certificates related to manufacturing, packaging, or the pharmaceutical industry.
- Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Biosciences, Laboratory Technology , Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or similar fields.
- Supplementary training in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or microbiological manufacturing, or in other regulated manufacturing environments.
- Experience in the manufacture of biological products, active pharmaceutical ingredients, vaccines, or microbiological processes.
- Management of documentation and records related to manufacturing processes.
- Basic computer skills.
- Knowledge of English, with the required level varying depending on the position and responsibilities.
The level of experience required will depend on the specific position, so we will consider both candidates who are just starting their careers and professionals with extensive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
EXPERIENCE IN STERILE MANUFACTURING
Previous experience in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or aseptic processes will be given special consideration in this job posting and will be one of the main criteria for prioritizing candidates, especially for Analyst positions.
We will place special emphasis on practical experience in:
- Sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing and work under aseptic conditions.
- Aseptic handling of products, materials, and equipment.
- I work in cleanrooms and controlled environments.
- Compliance with rules regarding access, dress, and conduct in restricted areas.
- Preparation of materials and components for production processes.
- Dosing, filtration, and handling of biological products or active ingredients.
- Preparation, cleaning, and sterilization of materials and equipment.
- Completion of documentation and manufacturing records in accordance with GMP.
- Strict adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Experience in the production of pharmaceuticals, biologics, vaccines, active pharmaceutical ingredients, or microbiological processes.
Experience in sterile manufacturing will be highly valued, but it is not a requirement for all professional levels, as we are looking to build a team that allows us to bring on board both experienced professionals and candidates with potential for growth.
